I only collect information given to me directly by you, via email, social media private messaging, or by telephone. This may include your name, telephone number, email address and order details.
How we use your information
Primarily, your information will be used to communicate with you regarding your order or enquiry, and to process your order. It will also be kept for internal record-keeping and analysis.
I will take reasonable steps to ensure your information is kept securely. I do not collect any “high risk” information such as your banking or card details, passwords etc.
I will retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary and, will regularly review the need to retain it. Your information will either be deleted or will be made not personally identifiable, if I no longer need it.
Who I share your information with
Your name and email address may be shared with Free Agent for the purposes of invoicing. No banking/card details will be taken by either Karen Elizabeth Cakes, or Free Agent.
We will never sell or provide your personal details to third party marketing companies.
