My name is Karen and I am the Owner of Karen Elizabeth Cakes, established in 2020. Karen Elizabeth Cakes is a home-based bakery located in Chatham, Kent.
I love designing and creating beautiful, bespoke wedding and occasion cakes which taste delicious. I am passionate about what I do, and this is reflected in the attention to detail on all of the cakes and treats I make at Karen Elizabeth Cakes.
I have always enjoyed baking. My Nan was an amazing baker and my Mum too makes delicious cakes, her chocolate cake being my favourite! I am always learning new cake skills to keep up with the new trends in the cake industry. I have the PME Masters Diploma in Cake Decorating and I am skilled in Sugarpaste, Sugar Flowers and Royal Icing.
