I make a variety of treats such as brownies, cake pops and cakesicles, macarons and butter biscuits.

Each cake will have four layers of delicious sponge, three layers of buttercream filling, a thin layer of ganache and a thin layer of sugarpaste to create a smooth professional finish.
Buttercream Cakes
Buttercream cakes will have four layers of delicious sponge, three layers of buttercream filling and a covering of buttercream.
